DME LOANER CLOSET PROGRAM
In order to save time and money for very busy rehabilitation hospitals, clinics and other related health facilities that are looking for a fast and effective way to service their patients that are in need of basic durable medical equipment in emergency situations, Americle Healthcare, Inc. offers a proven way to solve those emergency situations. We offer the Americle Healthcare, Inc. “DME Loaner Closet Program”. This program is for emergency situations when a patient is being discharged before their scheduled discharge date. The “DME Loaner Closet Program” is also convenient for such items as canes and crutches to give to the patient and to do the insurance paperwork on location.
HOME SET-UP AND HOME DELIVERY PROGRAM
We supply wheelchairs, hospital beds, canes, walkers, crutches, commodes, bariatric and standard equipment, transfer benches, shower chairs, hoyer lifts and much more. If you need set up and delivery, Americle Healthcare, Inc can help.
Once all of the paperwork is verified and processed, Americle Healthcare, Inc. will notify you of the equipment status and delivery time and date.
Upon arrival, the Delivery Technician will perform a Home Assessment to determine the safety of the home and make sure the equipment is right for the individuals needs. The Delivery Technician will go over all findings with the individual or their caregiver, and installation will begin. We’ll go over all necessary instructions and warranties related to the durable medical equipment then leave you to enjoy your new equipment.
SERVICE CALLS AND LOANER EQUIPMENT PROGRAM
If you get your durable medical equipment from Americle Healthcare, Inc. you are in good hands. Call our toll free number (866) 733-2282 with a description of your equipment problem and our customer service department will get you on the right track. Someone will contact you and most of our service calls are made within 24 hours. If your equipment needs to be brought back to our warehouse for repair, we will give you loaner equipment until your equipment is repaired and delivered back to you.
We offer equipment repair, parts, service and supplies for most durable medical equipment that was sold to you by Americle Healthcare, Inc. or durable medical equipment sold to you by other vendors.

Meet Our Team
Jeff has worked in the medical supply industry for over 25 years. He has experience in all facets of the medical supply industry from the warehouse to the office. He has managed warehouses, customer service, product purchasing and now overall operations, all within the medical supply industries.
Jeff and his beautiful wife Donna have been married for 27 strong years. They now have four wonderful dogs they love like kids. They have three beautiful German Shepherds and one beautiful Golden Retriever.
There are very few Jeff Goldberg’s in the medical industry. His knowledge, hard work and Sense of Urgency to our company and the individuals we service are second to none. He is without a doubt one of the best in the business.
Kim came to us straight out of college. We met her while she worked part-time at a business close by us. We were so impressed with her hard work, dedication and intelligence that we offered her a full-time office position job when she got out of college. We quickly discovered that her talent, sincerity and dedication would not go unnoticed or denied. After 5 years of learning everything from billing to office management, Kim became our administrator after others before her did not work out for one reason or another.
Kim has the same fervor and Sense of Urgency as Jeff Goldberg. Kim genuinely cares for others. She loves to embrace the responsibility of servicing individuals in need. She goes far beyond the call of duty to ensure Americle Healthcare, Inc. is doing the job we are supposed to do.
Customer Service Specialist
Kimmi is one of the newest members of the Americle Healthcare, Inc. family. She has taken over a key role in our company. In a short period of time she has displayed all the qualities that will make her a strong addition to the Americle Healthcare, Inc. family. She has shown all the attributes we look for; hard working, caring, consideration and that Sense of Urgency that we at Americle Healthcare, Inc. always strive for.
Jennifer is one of the newest members of the Americle Healthcare, Inc. family. She fit in immediately. She is a natural. Her personality has all the attributes we are looking for. Her experience in the medical industry will play a key role in making our service even better.
Jeff has been with Americle Healthcare, Inc for over 2 years. He has quickly moved from a warehouse assistant to running the warehouse in less then 2 years. He keeps a very tight schedule and a very tight warehouse. All of this is due to his military background. Jeff served in the Marines before coming to Americle Healthcare, Inc. He also has an abundance of warehouse experience working for a family member when he was younger. Jeff is a family man that loves his wife and their two beautiful little girls more than anything in the world.
He is a great asset to Americle Healthcare, Inc. He treats every order that goes out to our individuals we service as if those medical supplies were going to his loved ones.
Andre has been with us for over 2 years. Everyone loves Andre. Andre has a heart of gold and everyone that meets Andre says immediately how nice and considerate he is. Andre has the same Sense of Urgency that we all do at Americle Healthcare, Inc. He treats all those he services like family.
Tim has been with Americle Healthcare Inc. for over a year. He started out part-time but we quickly found out that Tim did more work in his part-time hours then some other full-time technicians did in a day. We asked Tim to come on full-time and everything has been great since. Tim goes above and beyond the call to ensure that all of our individuals we service get their medical supplies on a timely manner.
Samuel has been with Americle Healthcare, Inc. for over three years. He organizes and implements all durable medical equipment deliveries and installations. Sam is one of the most dedicated technicians in the business. His attention to detail is second to none. Everyone around him feels his outgoing personality and he will leave no stone unturned to find a resolution.
Sam has a beautiful wife and a baby girl that makes his world go round.
